Neville Shah is the Chief Creative Officer of FCB Kinnect and FCB/SIX in India, where he brings a potent mix of sharp strategy, cultural instinct, and creative bravery to the table. One of the most respected voices in Indian advertising today, Neville’s work is culture-defining, often blending innovation with a powerful emotional core.
Over two decades, Neville has helped shape the identity of some of India’s most loved brands. Before joining FCB, he held key creative roles at Ogilvy, McCann, DDB, TBWA, and MTV.
His work has consistently resonated with both consumers and juries, earning major recognition at top global shows for culturally iconic campaigns like #NotJustACadburyAd and Shah Rukh Khan - My Ad, which went on to win a Grand Prix and a Titanium Lion at Cannes.
Neville has won multiple Lions at Cannes over the years, along with Pencils at D&AD, honors at The One Show, and more.
In 2025, he also served on several international juries, including the Cannes Lions Brand Experience & Activation Shortlisting Jury, and judged at D&AD (Digital Design and New Blood) and Dubai Lynx (Digital Craft + Social & Influencer).
Outside of advertising, Neville is equally celebrated as a stand-up comic, with two specials on Amazon Prime. He also hosts two popular podcasts : one a top-rated comedy show, the other blending humour and football.
Neville brings his full self to everything he does. Whether he’s crafting a campaign or cracking a joke, he believes in the power of storytelling to move people, and sometimes, even make them laugh.
He’s also a lover of cats and tea. Not necessarily in that order.
