Rohan Mehta is the Chief Transformation Officer at Omnicom Advertising India, one of India’s largest creative advertising networks. Before stepping into this network-wide role, he built Kinnect from a 3-person social media startup into one of India’s most creatively integrated agencies, leading the company to 11 Cannes Lions wins across four consecutive years while building a 600+ member team rooted in a culture of continuous learning. Having partnered with brands such as HDFC Bank, Asian Paints, Flipkart, Amazon, State Bank of India, and Tata Motors, Rohan now focuses on shaping the future-readiness of agencies across the Omnicom ecosystem. His mandate includes strengthening and scaling capabilities across the network, enabling agencies to plug into integrated offerings spanning digital media, influencer marketing, CRM, SEO/GEO, ORM, technology, content, and emerging formats, while driving deeper client partnerships and business growth. At a time when AI, in-housing, and evolving consumer journeys are redefining the advertising landscape, his focus is on building agencies designed for what advertising will look like over the next decade.
